Rahul & Seema, Yes Boss are the protagonists of the movie. The film revolves around the dreams, aspirations and love of these two personas. The characters of Rahul & Seema, Yes Boss are played by Shah Rukh Khan, the famous actor and Juhi Chawla, the beautiful heroine respectively.

In Yes Boss, Rahul is a middle class guy who wants to become rich and famous. His dream is to be the owner of a big advertising agency like his boss. Therefore he even brings in girls for his boss who though married is a womanizer. On the other hand, Seema is a beautiful girl who also dreams to become rich. Seema chooses the profession of modeling for becoming rich and famous. The two meet by chance on a road. It is Rahul`s boss Siddharth Chaudhary whose prying eyes fall on Seema. Siddharth though married wants to have an affair with Seema. Though initially unaware of Siddharth`s marriage, Seema refuses to keep any relation with him when she knows about his marital status. However, Siddharth Chaudhary, who is also the boss of Rahul develops a great liking for Seema, the new model for his advertising agency.



Rahul, on the other hand, is also in love with Seema and realizes that Seema will be betrayed by Siddharth Chaudhary. However he is torn between his feelings for Seema and his ambition of becoming rich under the patronage of his boss. However, Siddharth Chaudhary, who is unaware of Rahul`s feelings for Seema, emotionally blackmails Rahul so that he brings Seema to his boss.

Knowing well the consequences of Seema`s involvement with Siddharth Chaudhary, Rahul tries to save her from Siddharth`s clutches. He finds out various ways to save her and finally reveals Siddharth`s true character to Seema. After knowing about Sidharth`s motives, Seema is heartbroken and falls for simple Rahul. The two lovers face lots of hurdles but ultimately their love wins.

The role of Rahul is played by Shah Rukh Khan who delivers an excellent performance as a man torn between his love and his ambitions. The role of Seema is played by Juhi Chawla who also delivers her best. Aditya Pancholi plays the role of Siddharth Chaudhary, the boss and the villain in the love story of Rahul and Seema in Yes Boss.
