Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune is one of the premier acting and film studies institutes in India. Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune was founded in the year 1960. FTII, Pune is internationally recognized as a Center of Excellence in film studies and film making in Asia as well as in Europe. It is an autonomous body whose policies are formulated and regulated by the Governing Council of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of India. The director of the institute is appointed by the Governing council. Presently, Mr. Pankaj Rag, IAS is the director of FTII, Pune. It has acquired membership of the CILECT-one of the prestigious international association of film schools.

After filling up the form you have to attach a demand draft of of Rs 1610 for general candidates and Rs 1260 for SC/ST candidates. The application forms will be scrutinized and selected candidates will be sent admit cards to sit for the exam.
