Their are some of the tips that can be implemented by you lo live an healthy lifestyle



  1. Plan a new healthier eating plan, which can be followed by you permanently. When you are eating healthy you are bound to live healthy.

  2. Whenever you are feeling hungry wait for few seconds and access that are you really feeling hungry or its something else.A glass of water always help to keep your belly filled.

  3. Try to use non-stick pans so you would use less of grease in your meal while cooking.

  4. Go for baked food products rather than fried ones.

  5. While eating low-calorie food measure the calories in the food because eating more of low-fat product may end up in increasing your weight.

  6. Drink at least to 7 glasses of water in a day.

  7. Limit your caffeine intake to 1-2 cups in a day.

  8. Go for toned milk rather than full cream.

  9. Use a list to a grocery shop and stick to it.

  10. Take a new hobby or sport, which is physically demanding that, will help you not thinking about food all the time.

  11. Set small goals and targets rather than bigger ones they are more easily achievable.

  12. Treat yourself when ever you achieve your goals.
