hey friends... just a thought.. need your ideas n thoughts... abt me.. well i am just 22... i have joined my dads business of manufacturing home care cleaning products,, i wanted to do something different.. the company has been into exports and manufacturing for other brands.. never thought of launching its own brand into the market due to hassles and tough competition.. well we have recently formulated this amazing product.. which is DISH WASH GEL...the product is a DISH WASH CONCENTRATE.. It is available in six fragrances - Strawberry, Orange, Lemon, Mint, Lemon fresh and Green Apple... These fragrances come from the essential oils which are added to it.. we have conducted independent tests to satisfy ourselves of the quality.. it is excellent.. it cleans hard grease and marks with ease.. we are pretty satisfied with the performance.. the packing is finalized.. it comes in attractive transparent containers.. and the gel being transparent is a eye catcher... now i need your help.. i have been given the responsibility.. or i have taken it myself.. to build a marketing strategy for the product.. the product will initially be launched in Delhi.... now.. first of all.. will the Indian markets accept the product..?? it has been priced at Rs. 60.. being a concentrate it has 3 times the content of a regular Rs. 50 dish wash liquid.. and if used in proper manner will last twice than that.. Being a concentrate it should be used in less qty.. but ppl have a habit of putting a lot on the scrubber.. !! and secondly.. do we still stick to the dish wash bars and scouring powder and are not ready to change our minds.. and accept something new and totally different... how to break that mindset !! are we ready to give our maids this Rs. 60 dish wash gel !! or we will only use it if we have to wash the dishes on our own !! there are loads of questions in my mind.. which need to be answered to build a perfect marketing plan... so friends... please hop in.. and give ur views... and share your ideas.... chaooooo...
