Exercise, if properly carried out in ones regular routine can form a good mode to loose those tons of fat. It not only helps reducing fat around your body but also helps in boosting your immune system, enhancing your stamina and saving you from cardiovascular diseases. There are so many forms of exercise forms which can help you to achieve desired goals. You can run, you can jog, you can dance, you can join any gym, you can do yoga you can join kick boxing, you can do aerobics, you can do swimming, you can go for a walk. Some exercise forms are very good in increasing cardiovascular endurance. Stretching exercises are good in enhancing the flexibility of body. Any exercise activity helps in increasing oxygen flow to brain and thus makes you more agile and active. Dieting is intake of regulated amount of food to achieve desired amount of weight. It can be in both terms as if to reduce weight and may be done to gain weight also, which is unlikely with exercise. Exercise is never done to gain weight. Generally its done to reduce weight and is followed religiously by the followers. There are so many types of dieting. Crash dieting is one of the types which can prove harmful to the follower and can cause damage to followers health. In contrast to exercise it can lead to depression if followed fanatically. It leaves you craving for food as it involves reduction of intake of amount of certain types of food which can be your favorite. While exercising requires you to eat lots of food as you feel hungry after doing exercise. Exercising is always refreshing and helps you to maintain your figure very well. No food cravings no depression, no feeling of anxiety but only refreshing energy. These benefits you dont get from dieting. Dieting carries several side effects with it like rashes, anxiety, depression, and many others while exercise carries less risk. Though objective of both dieting and exercise is same that is reduction of fat, but the effort type required is different. Dieting can complement exercise in such a way that you can check the amount and type of food you are in taking but it has to be followed by some exercise form or the other to achieve the desired results.
