Hi all,
I would like to bring to your kind notice and seek your suggestions& guidelines regarding this matter. My mom got married in 1984 and she is a widower . she is the eldest of all the daughters along with 5 sisters younger to her. she has an elder and a younger brother. This is regarding the legal claim that both the brothers have been disputing that there is no share of equivalent proportion of properties among the other leagal heirs (my mom and sisters). My grandfather as well as grandmother are no more. Even all the sisters and my mom have mutually agreed for the least amount of shares. Still they are facing the delay and both physically as well as mentally harrased all the sisters. Also we have approached legal help through advocates and launched complaint in police for assaulting all the females and a ten months kid but they were not helpful to us in turn they supported the brothers and took their complaint first then acted on it and ignored our complaint and grievences. I would like to take this opportunity to highlight this kind of disputes facing by womanhoods at this juncture. (21st century).
