though being educated and had a good job i resigned because of my health.i was an asthma patient, suffeing like anything;without knowing, i took steroid tablets for recovery. the result- i have become fat; now i weigh 75kgs. also developed
cholesterol and high b.p. am undergoing regular treatment for all.
a little better now. have started walking daily for 20 minutes. i am a pure vegearian. am myself doing all household chores suggest me some tips
in the form of diet and exercises.
