Hello,Every parent fell that their baby should have the best qualities in him. They struggle a lot and plane many things to make their child perfect. But now a day when we see that there are many things surrounding them which may destruct their mind and if the child is not aware about the good qualities and value of life and is not able to analyze the difference between the good and bad, it may lead to many bad consequences in his life. At that time the parents think that if we had given time for our child and had given the child the knowledge of good values this consequence might not have happened. There is also a time to think weather the child will listen to the parents when he grows up? and do the parents have that much time to spare for the child to convey all the things what they desire? So why not we implement it now when it is in our hand to convey all the desired qualities and valuable thoughts to the baby? This is the right time .This is the perfect way you have chosen to nurture your baby. The concept behind this class is to train your mind to be in a good and happy state throughout the period of pregnancy. In this class we will be helping you to concentrate on yourself and to become introvert. The technique is developed on the base of Yoga. Using various steps of yoga, which are Pranayam, Dharana & Dhyan, we will be establishing a communication between your and babies mind, which will help you to convey the valuable and desired qualities in your babies mind. The process of Pranayam will help you to regulate the temperature in your body. It will also help you to bring your mind towards your body. Pranayam also helps you to know the existing rhythm of your breathing and to correct the rhythm which is expected during the process. Dharna is a process which will help you to concentrate on your breathing and bee with your breathing rhythm. Dharna also helps you to establish a communication between your and babies mind. Dhyan is a process which happens and helps you to convey the valuable and desired qualities in your babies mind. During all of the sessions we will be helping you to develop a thought process through which you will be able to manage you stress and will be able to remain happy throughout the pregnancy period. We also will be helping you to be happy and enjoy the every moment of your precious pregnancy. During the process we will be helping you to visualize your baby in the existing state and will help you to develop the desired physical qualities in the baby. The whole process is to be performed keeping complete faith in what you are doing. We also will be helping you to keep your thinking process positive throughout the period of pregnancy. We know that if the intensity of the mothers desire is high to develop the child in a particular way and she has a strong positive feeling throughout the period of pregnancy to develop the desired qualities in the baby, the baby in future develops in the way which is desired by the parents. The session will also help you to recall your sweet memories in past and train the mind to be in a state of recalling the happy memories throughout your pregnancy period through positive self talk .It is expected that, the would be parents should try to remain happy and stress free throughout the period of pregnancy.
