Manoviraj Khosla is a name to reckon with in the world of Fashion Designers . He started designing in 1990 after studying fashion at the American College in London. One of the finest aspects of his designing skill is his specialization in pret clothing which retails across the country at all major fashion outlets. He has also diversified into corporate wear, designing uniforms for hotels, airlines, restaurants, bars and corporate houses. His studio undertakes couture and pret orders for both men and women. The studio has an exquisite collection of ready-to-wear garments: Formal, Casual, Party wear and Wedding trousseau. He also caters to individual orders. All the garments in the studio have the Manoviraj Khosla signature style: Trendy and Hip and he is all set to showcase his signature style in the upcoming Van Heusen India Men s Week SS 10. The collection titled A mid summer dream where one is going to see fitted & short jackets with slim fitted trousers. Nehru and zipper jackets with white linen suits are going to be the highpoint of the collection. Predominantly linens, along with some knits and some blended fabrics have been used. As far as colors are concerned, they vary from white, to pastel shades of mint green, chambray blue, orange and lilac, to beiges, browns, grey and finally black. One can see some amazing display of Surface texturisation with pleating, rougeing, and tucks. Different types of screen and foil printing, kantha, couching, hand stitches, and batik have been used to bring the sophistication factor in each garment. "The look is lean and narrow with models seen in clean look and gelled hair" shared the designer. The collection is meant for all those who want to look trendy.

"Corporate India investing in fashion as a business will change the way the industry works" the designer elucidates when asked one factor that can accelerate the growth of Indian fashion industry. For the first ever men s week, the designer feels that there will be more local buyers, "More buyers will come once they realize that menswear can be as serious a business as womens wear if not bigger" he signs off. After spending three enriching years polishing his skills at the estimable Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Siddarth Tytler a designer with a difference, breathed life into a label of his very own in the year 2002. His immense creativity and understanding of business strategy coupled with an evident commitment from the hours spent together with each client, has helped him establish an enviable platform which some could only aspire to reach.

At the upcoming Van Heusen India Men s week, fashion design extraordinaire will once again give birth to an inhalation of creativity in the form of Love. War! which is a fashion compilation inspired by the Second World War (1935-1945) and the years prior to it .The designer will present a dual collection fusing. A rich contrasting projection of vibrant compositions, depicting the love and bonhomie prevalent across Europe, prior to World War II; representing the Spring - Summer 2010 collection followed by the decidedly structured and more sombre feel that held steady through the years of the war that represents the Autumn Winter 2009 collection.

The Spring Summer20 10 titled Love. draws its inspirations from the pre-war era of the early 20th Century which will be an enthusiastic and creative burst of floral prints, pastel colours and earth tones like olive and a touch of powder blues. The silhouettes are semi structured and special emphasis has been laid on the comfort of the wearer. The collection comprises of linens, cottons, jerseys used to create an array of summer jackets, structured pants, pyjamas, t-shirts & shirts. The line is highlighted by minimal embroidery and a touch of texturing.
