It is more difficult to handle pregnancy for working women. The same way it is also difficult to take hold of the situations when you are a working mother. The mothers who are just home makers get the advantage of providing much more care and attention to their babies as they just only have to make a balance between the family works and taking care of the baby. On the other hand, the working mother has to cut short every aspect and draw a perfect balance between the family life, the work sphere and at the same time taking care of the baby. A working mother who is a would be mother too, has to tackle situations more righteously. If you have planned to be pregnant and at the same time go on working, then you need to put stress on various elements and be thoughtful enough to draw the proper balance. These are tips for working mothers, which will surly provide them with all the know how they should be aware of, during heir pregnancy. These tips for working mothers will also safeguard them by showing them the way to prevent hazards. These can also be referred as precautions for working mothers and should be followed religiously.

Tips for Working Mothers

The Working Mother should maintain a strict working schedule because they are neither expected nor advised to work for long hectic hours. So the working mother must always try to wrap up their work early and in case they are feeling uncomfortable then they must ask for an early leave from the superior.

Taking excessive stress is no way advisable during pregnancy, so working mothers should be extra conscious about it.

When you are pregnant you need to eat many a time during the day. The work also should not interfere much with your health condition. Adequate breaks should be taken within every three hours. One must stretch her legs as frequently as she can. Carry snacks with you because you will tend to have frequent cravings.

Never forget to take your medicines. The pre-natal vitamins, calcium tablets, iron supplements and folic acid supplements are the must when you are pregnant. Maintain your diet well and take the medications as recommended.

Drink lots of fluid as they will wash away the toxins out of your body. This might make you take frequent bathroom breaks. Do not feel embarrassed by this consequence. Always carry water along while leaving home.

You should always wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The dress should not be loose fittings and never try upon wearing the high heeled shoes you are used to. Better if you wear sneakers or other flat shoes. Your seating arrangement should also be very comfortable and if possible, bit spacious too, as it is not fine to sit in a cramped up position for a long time when you are pregnant.
