skin problem

hello
my skin is very sensitive, oily and thin. pimples marks on my face stay a very long time. it s color black.
i use many product like ,aloe vera gel, betnovate n , himalaya face wash and neem face pack but not a good result.
i treated it 3 month for a skin specialist but after 1 years its come back again .
if i take a steam then i relief for pimples and my skin is fair but marks does not remove .
