How about pampering the most abused part of your body? Your feet need all the loving care you lavish on it. Take a break and have a pedicure for a change. (Your chocolates can wait.)
You will need:
- Cotton balls
- Nail polish remover
- A nail file - as a rule, use one that is not too coarse
- An orange stick (a slim wood stick with chiselled ends)
- A nail brush
- Cuticle cream
- Base coat
- Nail polish
- Warm water
- A pinch of salt and a mild shampoo
For a quick pedicure, add salt and lime juice to the water (lime and salt will exfoliate the skin fast). Soak your feet and clean them with nail brush.Massage your feet with moisturiser. Gently exfoliate the cuticles sticking out and clean the sides using the orange stick. Shape your nails using the filer.Apply one coat nail polish, wait for 10 minutes and apply the second coat.
If you wish another coat, wait for it to dry and apply again.
