It is a good idea to assemble a small 'touch-up kit' for the actual day. This should include lipstick, blusher, powder, comb,tissues and safety pins. A friend can carry this in her handbag ready for any touching-up that needs to be done!
You may have decided to lose a few pounds before your wedding day,but don't set yourself unrealistic targets. It's difficult to stick to a diet at the best of times and when you're stressed out, it's even harder. Chances are, you'll lose weight anyway, rushing around doing all that organising.
It's much better to concentrate on a routine of healthy eating and exercise, rather than dieting.
Try to take some extra exercise, such as walking to work or swimming. This should burn off a few pounds, but more importantly make you feel healthier and more relaxed.
