• Enjoy life. Savour the various textures of life - revel in them all.
• Reach out to those in need of help.

Contentment, compassion, enjoyment and a love for life will reflect on your face and will give you a unique character. They are the best beauty aids you can find.

While we all know that we can use make-up, colour our hair, or buy expensive clothing, all this is useless unless our `inner selves` feel good. Without that `inner glow,` no amount of make-up can make us beautiful. While we can`t all be born physically perfect, we can become beautiful by developing self-esteem and taking care of ourselves.
