Food for the skin
Innumerable skin care products are available in the market and we spend a lot on them. But these are mostly external creams, lotions and serums which do not always give what they promise. On the other hand, nature has given us some foods which are almost magical musts for our skin. Lets view some of them:
Yoghurt/ dahi
This simple food has lots of retinol or vitamin A which does wonders for our skin. Plus it has a lot of good bacteria which clean the gut. A clean gut = clean clear skin. Combine this with a fruit to make fruit yoghurt or a smoothie to make it even better!
