Diagnosis of back strains and sprains
A milder form of back strains and sprains is easily diagnosed by a careful analysis of the symptoms and injury received. However in certain cases the doctors may have to take the help of X-rays.
Treatment of back strains and sprains
If you have a mild strain then the doctors will ask you to take complete bed rest. The doctors will try to reduce the spasm by application of pressure and ice packs. You may also have to take some anti-imflammatory drugs like Motrin.
