Ayurvedic Classes in India


Ayurveda refers to the age-old Hindu healthcare practice of restoring the balance between mind and body as a means to provide the panacea for various diseases. The history of Ayurveda dates back to some 5000 to 10000 years back. The immense potential of different herbs was first realized by the ancient Hindu sages. In fact the Charak Samhita, an ancient Hindu healthcare guide, cites the benefits of ayurvedic means of treatment. The infinite possibility of Ayurveda was unearthed by the sage physician Charaka. As the human civilization made rapid advancement towards prosperity, diseases also came flocking in.
