| Ans | Hi Vatika, working till late in the organization has become a trend now in private companies. But at the same time you need to take good care of your health to be productive & efficient. Proper diet intake, multivitamins & natural foods would help you cope up with the stress. Try to take a sound & undisturbed sleep to keep you fresh all day long & work efficiently. |

| Ans | Going gray early is often an inherited trait. And there is little you can do about it. But Ayurveda seems to have solved quite a few of such problems. Maybe you could try a good Ayurvedic doctor. As far as possible try using herbal methods to cover the gray. Chemical colours come with their own complications. |

I am a 25-year old working girl and have an excellent job. Since class 8th , I have been best friends with 2 boys , and we have been great friends ever since , always hanging out together and supporting each other through think and thin. Coincidentally , we landed up in the same college. We still meet regularly and are still the best of friends. The problem is that recently when we all went to a pub to party , one of my friends went out to receive a call and suddenly , the other one proposed to me .I was shocked because i had never thought of him like this. Then he went to take a drink , and the second one proposed too, and somehow i managed not to faint. The problem is that i am equally attached to both of them , and they both are equally important to me. I don't know whom to say yes to and whom to reject. I don't know what to do. Please Help !

| Ans | Oh! A Dostana kind of situation! First of all it is very important for you to find out if you are actually in love with any one of them or not? For all you know, you may not be in love with either of them because you have been treating both of them equally and you three have been pretty close to each other. What you could do is go off to some place for few days and try to find out whom you are missing the most or whether you are missing them at all. This way, you will find your answer automatically. |
